Refund & Return Policy

At MyShopGen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required

Note: Certain items like perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at abuozair9420@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return

  2. We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

3. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

5. Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
